Jackie Butler was born March 16, 1919 in Minersville, Pennsylvania,
grew up in Woodstock, Vermont, and lived most of the rest of her life in
Cromwell, Connecticut.
She was a gifted portrait artist, although she never pursued her craft professionally.
For over 50 years she enjoyed drawing family members and famous faces she found personally interesting.
